Christmas in September

For the last few years I have been wanting to brew up a Christmas Spice beer, but I have never been able to fit one in because of my job. I adjusted my schedule so that I will have some time on Sunday to brew up a nice "little" Christmas spice. There will be a name forthcoming.

Here we go:

I love the photo, but they have a funny look on their face?!?!

Also, that must have been awesome to score 1/2# of hops at Red Hook. I just went to my homebrew store and found that the price up $1, $5.50/2oz, #$@%*!!!

Ed has been great with the price of the hops, but the selection has been limited. We'll get some relief some day. Hang in there.

Speaking of prices, the yeast price seems to have gone up, anyone else notice this?
